These in-ear headphones do not stay comfortably in the ear, however, this was not a problem for long, because they fell apart within the first week I owned them.

The sound is horrible, washed out and pure treble. I seriously doubt that Apple would manufacture headphones of this caliber to use with Ipods or any other portable stereo device as even a novice audiophile will instantly notice the poor quality. I stopped using the headphones and exchanged them for FREE earbuds that I received at a Scion-sponsored art gallery. I thought they were cheap/bad until I actually paid money for these POS headphones.
If you're thinking, "the sound couldn't be THAT bad, and they're an inexpensive investment any way," please don't even bother. I wouldn't pay a dollar for these headphones.

the headphones work as typically as any ipod headphones work, which is exactly what i wanted. no problem with them except the fact that i lost them after 2 weeks. -__-

The pair that came with my new Ipod nano was remarkably uncomfortable. These are not very useful.
